The Video News Factory hosts a brand new round for Miss England 2019
Miss England plays host not only to an incredible opportunity for young girls to harness their talents nationally, but ultimately to become a part of a global organisation enjoyed by viewers worldwide. The winner of Miss England each year will join Miss Scotland, Miss Wales & Miss Northern Ireland alongside over 100 contestants to compete for the coveted Miss World crown and this year, Miss World will be held in Thailand.
All the finalists have worked incredibly hard so far to earn their place in the Miss England finals, and the countdown is drawing ever nearer.
This year, The Video News Factory will be hosting a BRAND-NEW round for the Miss England Finals 2019, which will be taking place on the 31st July and 1st August. Contestants will need to demonstrate a short video presentation or bring a guest to interview in our state-of-the-art TV studio. We are tremendously honoured to embark on this journey with Miss England to showcase our talents in video production, especially when we are joined by such a talented cast of individuals.
During the first 2 weeks of July, the finalists will be filmed at The Video News Factory, where we will be providing tips for content preparation and ideas on how to present their own 5-minute TV program. In order to bring this to life, we will be using a variety of equipment, such as, our green screen, mics and cameras. By the end of this, the contestants will gain a valuable show reel, in-depth coaching to help harness their skills and ultimately master the world of TV presenting.
